By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service includes text chat, voice chat, custom personas, deep memory, and related features as described on the website.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.

• You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service (and at least 13 years old).

2. Accounts and credits

Access to certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information.

• The Service uses credits (e.g., 250, 1,000, 5,000 credit packs) that are consumed when you use text, voice, and other features.

• Credits may have validity periods, and expired credits may not be refunded. Refer to the pricing page for current details.

3. Payments and refunds

• Payments for credit packs and paid features are processed via third‑party payment providers.

• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you supply.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. User content and AI interactions

You retain ownership of the content you submit (text, voice, and other inputs), subject to the rights granted below.

• You grant us a limited, worldwide, non‑exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including AI model operations, safety, and debugging.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third‑party rights.
